The Kind Heart
“There are three ways to ultimate success: The first way is to be kind. The second way is to be kind. The third way is to be kind.” ― Fred Rogers
This year I learned about the beautiful nuances of Kindness. Being kind does not mean you are asking others to change. It does not mean you are allowing toxic people back into your safety. Kindness to ourselves and to others tenderizes the heart, allowing us to grow through our suffering and free space for healing. May I be happy and at ease. May I be healthy and without disease. May I be safe from inner and outer harm. May I be free. ~•~ May you be happy. May you be healthy. May you be safe. May you be free. ~•~ May we all be happy. May we all be healthy. May we all be safe. May we all be free.
